Getting started with Porder

Install and open the studio

Porder runs on Android phones and tablets, plus Windows and Linux desktops. After installing, the studio opens with an empty canvas and the template strip ready.

Import a photo

• Android: tap the add button and pick an image from your gallery or file manager.
• Desktop: click the add button, or drag the file straight from your file manager onto the canvas.

Porder reads the EXIF block immediately: camera make and model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO all appear in the metadata tab.

Apply a frame

Pick any of the eight curated templates from the strip: gallery mats, film borders, Polaroid-style cards, or minimal borders. The canvas updates instantly. Switch templates as often as you like; nothing is baked in until you export.

Tune the details

The control cards along the studio cover the three things that change most often:

1. Borders: width, color, corner radius, inner mats, and drop shadows.
2. Background: solid color or a blurred version of the photo, with brightness control.
3. Typography: side-by-side exposure strip or centered captions, font, scale, tone, and camera brand logo.

Hold the Compare button at any time to see the untouched original.

Export

Open the export dialog, choose a ratio (1:1, 4:5, 3:2, 16:9, or original), pick a quality tier, and save. Exports write the original camera metadata back into the file, so the JPEG arrives in your gallery with the full EXIF payload intact.
