Frequently asked questions

What is Porder?
Porder is a photo framing studio for Android and desktop. It reads your camera metadata, applies gallery mats, film borders, and editorial typography, and exports high-resolution images with the original EXIF data intact.
Which platforms are supported?
Android phones and tablets, plus desktop builds for Windows and Linux. The studio adapts its layout to each screen.
Is Porder free?
Yes. All eight templates, the full editing toolset, and watermark-free exports are free. The free tier caps exports at a 2048px edge and allows one custom preset. Pro, a one-time purchase from $1.99, lifts both limits.
How do I buy Pro?
On Android, tap Go Pro in the app and complete the Google Play purchase. On Windows, buy a license key from the storefront and enter it under Enter license key in the app. See the unlock guide for details.
How do I restore a purchase or re-enter my key?
On Android, use Restore purchases on the paywall sheet; Play returns your past purchases. On Windows, re-enter the license key from your confirmation email. Both routes reactivate Pro on the same entitlement pipeline.
Does Porder need an internet connection?
No. Framing, editing, and exporting all work offline. The network is only used to refresh your Pro entitlement, at most once per day; a cached token keeps Pro working offline for its validity window.
Will my camera metadata survive an export?
Yes. Porder injects your original EXIF payload into exported JPEGs, so camera, lens, exposure, and capture date travel with the file.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Use the built-in bug report dialog in the app, which lets you attach a screenshot, or contact the support address listed in the About screen.
